Customer breaker was tripping. So we came out to troubleshoot, we pulled devices out of walls and found bundles of wire taped together. After cleaning up the junction boxes the breaker held and didn’t trip anymore.

Customer AC was not working Apon arrival I checked voltage at disconnect and found a lost hot leg. I went to panel and same thing on the breaker. I replaced the breaker and got correct voltage for AC.
