Replaced a light bulb on the outdoor fixture and verified that it works. I recommend the customer replace the light fixture due to age and the nuts holding the fixture in have broken off at some point. The customer needs to check with the hoa about what fixtures he can use and pick one out for us to replace. An estimate to do so has been provided
