I had a great experience with Home In Around Electric. Michael came out to troubleshoot an outlet issue that had caused multiple outlets and switches—both inside and outside the house—to stop working. He actually showed up early, which was a great start.Michael was extremely thorough and methodical in his troubleshooting. He didn’t rush the job and made sure no stone was left unturned while tracking down the issue. It was clear he really knew what he was doing.I also appreciated the professionalism. When I asked him to wear shoe covers, he wore them consistently the entire time, not just when he first walked in. That level of attention and respect for the home says a lot.Overall, Michael was knowledgeable, consistent, and detail-oriented, and the entire experience was truly five-star. I’m very satisfied with the service and would absolutely use Home In Around Electric again.
