Came out to lost no power to the ac unit. I did find a burned electrical panel and the circuit for the ac unit needs to be replaced.

After, explaining the issues, he knew immediately what could've been causing the problem. He always let me know if I should have any further problems don't hesitate to call. But he always gets it corrected on the first visit.
