Just completed a whole home inspection for customer. Customer also wanted 2 fixtures checked for correct wiring. I remade connections on 1 fixture and fixture stayed on as long as I was there, which was 2 hrs. I checked other fixture and hot wire was hanging out of wire nut in canopy. I remade connections and was not getting communication from ceiling fan. Recommended replacing ceiling fan.

I was tasked with installing new light bulbs on an 18-20 ft ceiling. I used a ladder to reach the ceiling and carefully removed the old light bulbs. I then installed the new light bulbs, making sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. I also made sure that the light bulbs were securely fastened

The techs did great work quickly. They were polite and courteous.
